Service FAQ

MOQ

What is your MOQ?

Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container, with an approximate loading quantity of 9,000 kg. For quality evaluation, one trial bale may be available depending on the product specification and destination.

Can I order one container?

That is certainly possible.

With the exception of highly specialized processes that might require setting up a new production line, we can handle a trial shipment of a full container for standard polyester staple fiber.

Can I buy mixed products?

yes,we can mix differents specs fiber in one container.

sample

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we offer samples in small packages, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.

For specially customized items, a sample production fee may also apply.

Is sample shipping free?

We offer small sample packages, but you are responsible for the shipping costs.

How much grams of fiber samples is free?

Our small sample packs generally weigh around 500 grams;

this is sufficient for you to conduct testing upon receipt,

whereas a larger size would not be cost-effective in terms of shipping.

OEM

Can you customize denier?

We can customize the denier to your specifications, ranging from ultra-fine to ultra-coarse fibers.

Across our three factories, we are capable of producing polyester staple fibers in the 0.3D to 90D range.

Can you customize cut length?

Our standard staple fiber lengths are 25, 32, 38, 51, 64, 76, and 102 mm.

We can also produce non-standard lengths upon request; please consult our sales team regarding specific lead times and costs.

Can you customize color?

Yes, our colored polyester fibers cover almost the entire range.

Please inquire with our sales department regarding stock availability.

Can you print our logo?

We can print the logo you provide on the packages; you will need to supply the logo template and cover the associated costs.

Technical FAQ

Can you produce BPA-free polyester fiber?

Yes. We can produce BPA free polyester fiber and non fluorescent fiber.

These types of products can be used in infant and toddler products as well as hygiene products.

What certifications do you hold?

We hold GRS, OEKO-TEX, ISO9001, and SGS certifications.

Do you accept samples provided by customers for testing?

Yes, we offer a sample service; you can test the samples once you receive them.

How can consistent fiber performance be ensured across batches?

We ensure consistency through measures such as raw material uniformity, temperature and humidity control, and personnel management.

Firstly, we ensure our raw material washing temperature meets standards. Secondly, we control the drying temperature.

Thirdly, we control the melting temperature during spinning.

Fourthly, we control the temperature during the drafting and setting stages of post-spinning.

This ensures the consistency of our products.

What are the differences in filling effects between HCS products 7D and 15D?

7D feels softer and more comfortable to the touch. The smaller the denier, the better the feel and the softer the feel, but the less rebound there will be.

Conversely, the higher the denier, the better the rebound. Therefore, 15D has better rebound, better support, and better rigidity than 7D.

Buying Guide

What are the differences in filling effects between HCS products 7D and 15D?

7D feels softer and more comfortable to the touch. The smaller the denier, the better the feel and the softer the feel, but the less rebound there will be.

Conversely, the higher the denier, the better the rebound. Therefore, 15D has better rebound, better support, and better rigidity than 7D.

How does denier affect polyester staple fiber performance?

Denier affects resilience and feel; the smaller the denier, the better the feel and the softer it is.

3D fibers have a good feel, are soft, and have low resilience, making them suitable for filling summer quilts.

What is the difference between high-resilience fibers and ordinary filling fibers?

The recovery speed after compression differs.

High-resilience fibers are composite fibers with better resilience; they quickly return to their original shape after being compressed.

Even with the same 7D fiber, ordinary and high-resilience fibers recover at different speeds.

How is the resilience of fibers tested?

After the fiber combing is completed, we will test the product's V1, V2, V3, and resilience.

The higher the value, the better the resilience.

What factors affect fiber resilience?

The temperature of raw materials and the setting process can affect the resilience of the final synthetic fiber.
